Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Engineering) to lead the migration of a major control center, data center, and telecom systems to a newly designed facility. This is a multi-year, high-visibility project focused on technology modernization, operational continuity, and infrastructure upgrades.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead multi-year, large-scale projects from planning through execution.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
• Facilitate team meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive briefings.
• Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks and dependencies.
• Support change management and organizational readiness.
• Maintain technical documentation, specifications, and lessons learned.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10+ years of project management experience in engineering, infrastructure, or operational technology projects.
• Experience managing complex, multi-million-dollar projects or 20+ people teams.
• Proficiency in MS Project and PMI-based project management principles.
• Strong stakeholder communication, risk management, and problem-solving skills.

Skills:

• Experience in data center, control room, or telecom migrations.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• IT/OT program management experience.
