Critical Management Solutions (CMS) is a leading provider of project management, construction, and commissioning services specializing in mission-critical data centers. We are actively hiring for multiple positions to support ongoing and upcoming projects across the country. If you're looking for a career in the fast-growing data center construction industry, we have opportunities available at all experience levels.

Open Positions:

• Assistant Superintendents – Support site management, subcontractor coordination, and scheduling.

• Superintendents – Oversee field operations, safety compliance, and construction execution.

• MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) Professionals – Manage critical building systems and subcontractors.

• QA/QC Personnel – Ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.

• Commissioning (CxA) Team Members – Support equipment/system testing and verification.

• Assistant Project Managers – Help manage timelines, budgets, and documentation.

• Project Managers – Lead large-scale data center projects from start to finish.

• Project Scheduler - P6 experience

• IT Infrastructure Manager (ITIM) – Coordinate technical infrastructure planning and execution.

• Low Voltage Coordinators – Oversee daily activities of low-voltage and fiber contractors.
