We are seeking an Assistant Project Manager (APM) to support the successful execution of high-performance data center construction projects. This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with experienced Project Managers and industry leaders in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment.
Candidates with an electrical or mechanical background are highly encouraged to apply, as this role offers hands-on involvement in technically complex builds. Key Responsibilities:

Project Coordination: Support the Project Manager in coordinating project tasks, milestones, and resources to meet critical deadlines.

Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate project records, meeting notes, schedules, and progress reports. Provide timely updates for leadership review.

Budget & Cost Tracking: Assist with budget oversight, cost tracking, and financial documentation to support efficient and cost-effective delivery.

Vendor/Subcontractor Support: Help manage subcontractor and vendor relationships to ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Quality Assurance: Aid in implementing quality control procedures and ensuring project compliance with design specs, codes, and industry regulations.

Safety Culture: Promote and uphold strict safety standards on-site in alignment with OSHA and company protocols.

Progress Monitoring: Track daily progress and milestone achievements. Identify and escalate issues that may impact the schedule.

Change Management: Help manage scope, budget, and schedule changes, ensuring appropriate documentation and approvals are obtained.

Team Collaboration: Foster open communication across stakeholders, including site teams, subcontractors, engineers, and clients.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline .

Prior experience in construction project support or coordination. Experience on data center projects is a plus.

Technical familiarity with MEP systems, commissioning, or low-voltage infrastructure is a strong advantage.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks in a dynamic project environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, or similar tools) .

Ability to work onsite five days a week in a fast-paced construction setting.
