Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Architect to transform data from various sources into actionable insights. As a Data Architect, you will collaborate in the design and maintenance of a data warehouse, efficiently collect, process, and analyze data, and generate meaningful reports that drive informed business decisions, optimize performance, and identify emerging needs.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and organize data from various sources.
• Work with the existing team to develop a database design, configuration, and upkeep in a cloud-based data warehouse environment.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to communicate findings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs and provide solutions.
• Monitor data quality and integrity, ensuring accuracy and reliability.
• Provide actionable insights to support decision-making and strategy development.
• Assist in the design and implementation of data collection systems and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
• Experience developing and maintaining a data warehouse.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, R, Python, or similar.
• Experience with data visualization tools like Qlik Sense, Power BI, or similar.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with Infor Syteline ERP, Crystal Reports, QuickBooks, Misys, Starship, and/or AvaTax.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

This position operates in a fast-paced office environment, involving repetitive tasks and regular use of office equipment, including phones, fax machines, and computers. Physical activities may include reaching, bending, crouching, twisting, and performing tasks that require manual dexterity, such as data entry. Occasional lifting of up to 30 pounds may be necessary. Standard work hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm, with flexibility to work additional hours as needed.

Closing Date: June 30th, 2025. While we anticipate keeping this position open through this date, the posting may be extended or closed earlier depending on applicant volume and hiring needs.

Compensation: The expected base compensation range is $89,000 - $115,000. This role is also eligible to receive bonuses and benefits.

Location: This role is located in our Longmont, CO office and is eligible for hybrid work after training period.
