About the Role
We're seeking a data analyst who wants to do more than just analyze data—they want to help run the business. This role sits within the Finance team and plays a critical part in driving revenue growth and operational effectiveness. The right candidate is curious, business-minded, and eager to collaborate across teams to turn analysis into action.
You'll dig deep into customer behavior, design metrics that matter, and work directly with stakeholders in marketing, product, and leadership to improve subscriber engagement, retention, and profitability. Key Responsibilities
- Own the creation and delivery of reporting and analysis that guides business decisions—particularly around customer retention, acquisition, lifetime value, and pricing.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to turn data into actionable insights and measurable improvements.
- Use viewership and engagement data to develop customer segmentation strategies that fuel personalization and product initiatives.
- Build dashboards and visualizations that make data accessible—and drive accountability.
- Jump into business operations as needed, including areas like campaign execution, billing analytics, or user segmentation, to ensure data is embedded in how we run the company.
What We're Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in data analytics, preferably in a consumer-facing or subscription-based business.
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets in cloud-based environments (e.g., AWS, Snowflake).
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills—you ask questions, push back when needed, and explain data in a way that drives decisions.
- A business-first mindset: you think beyond the dashboard to ask, "What should we do next?"Willingness to roll up your sleeves, work cross-functionally, and pitch in wherever needed.
Bonus Points For
- Experience with churn modeling, lifecycle marketing analytics, or pricing strategy.
- Comfort in fast-paced, ambiguous environments where priorities shift and impact matters.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: (Salaried, Exempt) $80,000 - $100,000. Compensation will be based on experience and qualifications
