Dairy General Labor and Installation

Job DescriptionJob Description

This position will work at dairy farms assembling stalls and equipment.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

· Assembly work- stalls and equipment

· Unboxing and sorting parts for assembly

· Install dairy milking and refrigeration equipment

· Complete all necessary paperwork daily

· Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols

· Maintain MLS tools and equipment in good working condition and provide own hand tools.

· Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

•Able to lift 100+ pounds multiple times a day

• Able to do assembly line/repetitive work

• Able to read a tape measure

• Able to use common repair tools and techniques.

• Be Mechanically inclined

• Understand refrigeration installation

• Able to operate a forklift. Training on MLS forklift is required

• Have a positive attitude and be reliable and responsible

• Valid driver’s license

Education

• Education: High School Diploma

• Excellent written, verbal and Microsoft Office skills
