About the Role

We’re looking for a tech-savvy Technical Operations Specialist who is eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic training environment. This role combines administrative and customer service functions with a strong technical focus, making it ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, learning new systems, and supporting operations in a technology-driven setting.

What You’ll Do

Technical & Operational Support

• Learn and maintain Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training platforms.
• Configure, update, and troubleshoot systems as needed.
• Support instructors with technology during training sessions.
• Step in across departments to provide hands-on operational support.

Student & Training Support

• Assist students with class and training-related questions, especially around technology or access.
• Provide professional customer service to ensure a smooth and positive learning experience.

Administrative & Executive Assistance

• Manage scheduling and coordinate travel arrangements for leadership.
• Handle professional business communications.
• Process invoices, perform data entry, and maintain spreadsheets.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
• Prior experience in customer service, administrative support, or training environments.
• Experience in education or training is a strong plus.
• Interest in the technology or cyber security industry is highly valued.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Degree but not required.
• Social media, publishing, or AI experience is a plus (not required).

Pay Rate: $25/hr DOE

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
