Job DescriptionBasic Qualifications
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience .
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As the Deputy Chief Engineer for the Common Weapon Launcher (CWL) and Multi-Tube Weapon Simulator (MTWS) programs, you will support the CWL Chief Engineer in daily operations across project phases from concept to testing. This role requires interfacing with both internal engineering teams and customer engineering organizations. qualifications include a relevant engineering degree, at least 5 years of technical experience (submarine Navy experience ), and excellent communication skills. Key attributes for success include a strong understanding of systems engineering and Navy submarine operations, quick learning ability, collaborative spirit, and commitment to professional growth.

Combined Salary Range
USD $127,241.00 - USD $141,158.00 /Yr.
