Are you an experienced Customer Service Representative experienced with using ERP systems or data analysis, looking for an opportunity with a market-leading aviation company that provides a high-standard service for private jets?

The role would suit an experienced Customer Service Executive who can provide a VIP service to all clients ensuring that they are dealt with in a professional, attentive and discreet manner.

The Role:

• Customer, SPOC (Single Point of Contact) and Supplier support

\n

• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal departments, providing daily feedback and updates on open repairs through to order completion.

\n

• Customer Interaction: Directly liaise with customers to provide work order status, respond to general enquiries, and react to customers within targeted timeframes

\n

The Person:

\n
• Experience in Customer-facing or Operations Support positions

\n

• Experience with ERP systems and/or data analysis

\n
