We are looking for a highly organized, results-driven Customer Success Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of customer-facing projects within our technology-focused, healthcare-centered SaaS environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, dynamic settings and excels at cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, and project execution.
You'll collaborate closely with technical teams, but your primary focus will be managing timelines, aligning project goals to business outcomes, and delivering exceptional customer experiences throughout implementation and ongoing service.
This is a high-impact position with significant room for growth, offering the opportunity to expand your influence across the organization and contribute to the evolution of our customer success and delivery strategies. A background in healthcare or health plan operations is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop positive relationships, establish credibility, and build trust through effective and appropriate customer engagement and follow through.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by establishing a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and clearly documenting requirements.
- Build repeatable processes and standardized approach for customer management (e.g., templates for meeting agendas, communicating schedules, capturing requirements and sign-off, delivering release notes, documenting change orders, etc.)
- Identify opportunities to strengthen and grow customer relationships by improving and / or expanding how customers’ use inGAGE.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and risk logs for initiatives.
- Coordinate with engineering, product, and business teams to ensure successful project execution.
- Track and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks proactively.
- Ensure compliance with technical best practices, security standards, and industry regulations.
- Facilitate stakeholder communication, including status updates, reports, and presentations, both internal and external.
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, dependencies, and resource constraints.
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards, performance benchmarks, and business requirements.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management or a related field.
- 3 years of experience minimum as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver successful project outcomes.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC), cloud technologies, and DevOps.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- PMP, CSM, or PMI-ACP certification is a plus, but not required.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams.
- Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer experience design.
- Knowledge of data analytics, AI, or emerging SaaS trends.
- Experience working with technical requirements for implementation.
