Job Summary
Commercial printing experience a must. This industry is demanding with skills as a multi-tasker being very important. It requires a little of everything to include fixing a customer's file for print, talking to customers on the phone or running some of the print or bindery machines in the production area.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with customers, providing proofs, bindery and delivering jobs on time.
- Contribute in production meetings
- Be a team player
- Be a problem solver
Qualifications
- At least 3 years in print related customer service.
- Intermediate experience in Adobe Cloud, especially InDesign a major plus!
- Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and co-workers
