Develop relationships with customers and fellow employees as you perform a variety of tasks throughout the day. As a seasonal Customer Service Specialist within our grain department, you will:

• Serve as the face of the company, interacting directly with customers and employees who come in or call your location and directing them as necessary
• Utilize organization skills to perform basic administrative and grain-related tasks: operate the scale, test for grain quality, enter data, and more
• Represent the kind, community-focused culture of our organization to customers and employees
