Job Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Provider. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional customer service, possess strong computer skills, be adept at multitasking, and be capable of efficiently resolving customer issues promptly. Preferably, candidates with logistics experience and flexibility to work until 5:30 pm are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).

Computer Proficiency: Utilize computer systems and software to manage customer inquiries, input data accurately, and navigate various applications efficiently.

Multitasking: Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Timely Issue Resolution: Respond promptly to customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and resolve issues efficiently within established timeframes.

Logistics Support (): Apply knowledge or experience in logistics to assist customers with shipping, tracking, and order-related inquiries, providing comprehensive support where needed.

Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to escalate complex issues, share valuable customer feedback, and contribute to the improvement of processes or services.

Work Schedule: Maintain availability to work until 5:30 pm, ensuring coverage during critical operational hours.

Qualifications and Skills:

Customer-Centric Attitude: Prioritize customer needs, exhibit empathy, and maintain a positive attitude during interactions.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in using various computer applications, including CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other relevant tools.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze situations, identify problems, and implement effective solutions promptly.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact professionally and convey information to customers and colleagues.

Multitasking Ability: Proven capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently without compromising quality.

Logistics Experience (): Familiarity or prior experience in logistics-related roles is advantageous.

Flexibility: Willingness to adapt to changing schedules and work demands as required.

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in customer service or related fields is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service roles is highly desirable. Experience in logistics support is advantageous.
