Customer Service Specialist / Coordinator

We are seeking a coordinator to join our team! Perform all facing duties. Generally be in charge of customer service and assist in navigating association requirements and offerings. Tasks will include but are not limited to the following responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

  • · Coordinate move in move outs
  • · Coordinate amenity reservations with a concierge
  • · Coordinate community events
  • · Handle general communication
  • · Address complaints regarding noise from neighbors
  • · Coordinate and oversee ADR meetings
  • · Communicate and follow up on Violations of rules and regulations
  • · Supervise access control needs
  • · Compose monthly communications to
  • · Regularly audit parking database
  • · Regularly audit amenities registrations
  • · Maintain and update planner tasks
  • · Meet weekly with Executive manager

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, property management company or other related fields
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum level of education: High School Diploma
