Customer Service Representative Fast-Paced Service Team

Were looking for a customer service professional who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment and can deliver quick, accurate, and solution-focused support.

What Youll Do:

• Answer calls, emails, and online inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Manage customer orders, returns, and exchanges through our ERP system
• Monitor queues/tickets and meet service response time targets
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with fulfillment to ensure on-time delivery
• Maintain accurate records and provide proactive follow-up

What Were Looking For:

• Call center, retail service, or order processing experience ()
• Ability to stay organized and calm under pressure while multi-tasking
• Tech-savvy with ERP/CRM or ticketing system experience
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
