Job Title:  Member Support Center Specialist

Pay Rate: $20.40/hour

Hours: Full Time, 40 hours per week, Monday-Wednesday from 8am-5pm, Thursday-Friday between 8am-6pm and every Saturday from 9am-12pm

*When working Saturday mornings, you will have a half day off during the week

Length: Temporary to hire

Location: Appleton, WI (on-site)

Requirements: 

• Customer service experience over the phone 
• Call center or high volume phone experience is a plus
• Strong communication skills
• Work well in a fast-paced environment 
• Navigate throughout multiple programs on a computer at one time

What You’ll Do: 

• Assist members with account inquiries and account maintenance via phone, email or other electronic methods
• Answer a high volume of incoming calls 
• Troubleshoot calls regarding member accounts 
• Educate members on products and services that meet their needs
