As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll be the voice of a metalworking tooling brand—providing quick, friendly, and effective support to distributors, end users, and sales partners.
What You’ll Do:
- Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails from customers and distributors
- Process orders, quotes, returns, and expedite requests efficiently and accurately
- Provide product and service information with confidence and professionalism
- Collaborate with regional managers and manufacturer’s reps to ensure customer satisfaction
- Resolve customer issues promptly and follow through to completion
- Keep a smile in your voice—every call matters!
What You’ll Bring:
- 1+ year of customer service experience (manufacturing or distribution environment a plus!)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Proficient with computers and order entry systems
