Maumee office seeks sharp Customer Service Specialist.
Responsibilities
- Answer in-bound calls - create records in Salesforce.
- Create cases for support and upgrade orders.
- Put orders into the system.
- Add sales leads to Salesforce and update notes as needed.
- Check on and provide order status updates.
- Manage customer service requests via Salesforce.
Required Skills and Experience
- Associate’s Degree required
- Excellent phone skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with a CRM (preferably Salesforce)
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Detail Oriented
