We’re hiring a Opportunity Conversion Specialist to drive inbound lead response, outbound campaign execution, technician dispatch, and scheduling optimization — with urgency, ownership, and results.

What You’ll Own

This is not a “sit and wait” admin role — it’s a high-urgency, high-impact growth role where you’ll:

• Respond to inbound leads immediately and book appointments same-day
• Make outbound calls daily to convert open estimates, re-engage old customers, and recover missed opportunities
• Place orders for job materials to keep jobs moving fast and on budget
• Own and optimize technician dispatch schedules for performance, fairness, and ROI
• Route jobs based on technician skill and KPI profile, not randomness
• Execute coupon campaigns, abandoned call recovery, and missed estimate follow-up
• Support Operations Manager to drive measurable growth

⚙️ Bonus Skills (Not Required but Strong Plus)

• Experience in dispatch, scheduling, or customer generation (home services ideal: garage doors, HVAC, plumbing, etc.)
• Experience placing orders and managing install/job coordination
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar CRMs
• Strong outbound calling experience
• Excel/Google Sheets comfort

• Tech schedule efficiency
• Missed call and estimate recovery
• Positive reviews tied to schedule/dispatch
• Material coordination accuracy
