Client Service Center Representative (Hybrid)
Location: Cleveland, OH
Compensation: $20/hour + comprehensive benefits package
Start Date: Monday, September 10, 2025 (Firm start date)
Contract Length: 4-month contract
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate’s Degree required
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (remote + on-site as needed)

We are looking for candidates with a record of successful accomplishments in the following and probability for hire is based on the following:

We are seeking 20 articulate, professional, and well-rounded Client Service Center Representatives to join our dynamic and growing Legal Team on a hybrid basis. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and support with empathy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle an average of 55–60 inbound calls per day (5–6 minutes each) from members, potential members, and plan attorneys.
- Provide accurate information regarding plan usage, coverage, eligibility, document requests, and attorney referrals.
- Assist members with website navigation and self-service tools.
- Document all interactions using Zendesk ticketing system.
- Process enrollment and cancellation requests as needed.
- Record and escalate eligibility inquiries for non-listed members.
Training & Schedule
- Training: 4 weeks, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM, onsite in downtown Cleveland.
- Post-training: 2 additional months onsite before transitioning to a hybrid schedule (3 days remote / 2 days in-office).
- Possibility to shift to a hybrid schedule depending on attendance and work performance.
- While working onsite and going HYBRID you must pay for parking and SkySource will reimburse up to $50 per month for good attendance .
- Shifts after training: Candidates must be open to all shift options, which are randomly assigned and run Monday–Friday (no weekends):
- 7:55 AM–4:25 PM
- 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
- 9:00 AM–5:30 PM
- 9:30 AM–6:00 PM
- 10:00 AM–6:30 PM
- 10:30 AM–7:00 PM
- 11:35 AM–8:05 PM
Qualifications
- 2–5+ years of customer service experience, preferably in an inbound call center.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree .
- Strong communication skills and a positive, empathetic attitude.
- Ability to think critically, solve problems, and manage tasks efficiently.
- Comfortable using technology and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Must reside in the Greater Cleveland area (hybrid schedule requires local presence).
