Talentmark are recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a global animal health company on a contract basis for 12 months\n\nSalary:\n Paying £12.97 per hour PAYE\n\n Customer Service Representative Role:\n\nAct as a key point of contact for customers, managing queries and maintaining strong relationships.\nProcess and prioritise customer orders across multiple systems in line with SLAs.\nPerform accurate data entry and support maintenance of product and system codes.\nCoordinate with Planning, Production, and Warehouse teams to meet delivery timelines.\nMonitor stock availability and support order fulfilment processes.\nLog and support investigation of product and service complaints in line with quality standards.\nEnsure compliance with GDPR and internal quality procedures.Your Background:\n\nPrevious experience within customer service, administration, planning, or supply chain environments.\nConfident communicator with the ability to manage internal and external stakeholders.\nGood organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workload effectively.\nIT literate, including working knowledge of Excel.Company:\n Our client is a leading manufacturer of vaccines, parasiticides and pharmaceuticals to protect animals.
