Customer Service Representative\n\nSalary: £25,500 - £28,000 (DOE)\n\nLocation: Office-based – Monday to Thursday 8:30am–5:30pm, Friday 8:30am–3:00pm\n\nA fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a leading manufacturing business as a Customer Service Representative. If you're proactive, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and thrive on delivering excellent service, this could be the role for you.\n\nWhat you’ll be doing:\n\nActing as the first point of contact for customers, building strong and professional relationships\n\nProcessing sales orders accurately and efficiently\n\nEnsuring smooth coordination between departments to meet customer delivery requirements\n\nManaging customer enquiries, complaints, and order updates promptly\n\nSupporting the sales team with product trials and administrative tasks\n\nLiaising with internal teams to ensure material availability and job pack accuracy\n\nWhat we’re looking for:\n\nAt least 2 years’ experience in a customer service or sales support role within manufacturing\n\nExperience using ERP systems \n\nStrong communication and organisation skills\n\nExcellent attention to detail and confidence working under pressure\n\nProficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook\n\nBenefits include:\n\n22 days holiday plus additional long service entitlement\n\nPrivate onsite parking\n\nCompany pension scheme\n\nIf you're a team player who’s passionate about delivering first-class service and looking to develop your career in a dynamic environment, please apply today for an immediate interview
