Customer Service Representative
Location: Phoenix, AZ (85024- Deer Valley)
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Thursday On-Site, Friday Work From Home | 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $23+hr, DOE
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Order Processor / Customer Service Representative to support daily order management and customer coordination activities. This position plays a key role in ensuring a smooth customer experience and serves as the primary point of contact between our customers and internal departments.
This role offers the opportunity to work with AI-supported order entry systems, enhancing efficiency and allowing the team to focus on accuracy and responsiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and enter customer purchase orders into SAP using AI-assisted tools
- Manage and maintain accurate customer records in SAP and Salesforce CRM
- Respond to and prioritize a high volume of customer emails
- Coordinate internally on behalf of customers for order updates, changes, tracking, and resolution of service-related issues
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment in collaboration with internal teams
Tools & Systems:
- SAP
- Salesforce CRM Suite
- Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite
Qualifications:
- Strong written communication and typing skills
- Previous experience in customer service, order processing, call center, or technical support roles
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a time-sensitive, metrics-driven environment
- Familiarity with change management concepts is a plus
- High attention to detail and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
Team Structure:
This role is part of a growing team—currently three members, with plans to expand to five. The role is primarily email-based, with minimal phone interaction.
