Customer Service Product Specialist - Matthews, NC

We are excited to support our clients in finding a customer-focused and enthusiastic Customer Service Product Specialist to join an amazing team! If you have exceptional customer service skills, a knack for marketing, and enjoy educating and training others, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In this role, you'll be the main point of contact for customers, helping them find the right solutions for a variety of residential and commercial construction projects. You'll work closely with architects, HVAC contractors, building owners, and condo associations to ensure every client receives a seamless, high-quality experience.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with customers by providing prompt, professional, and personalized support. Act as the trusted resource for product inquiries, troubleshooting, and service solutions.

Customer Support & Solutions:

Understand customer needs and guide them through product options and applications. Provide clear, helpful information to ensure each client feels confident in their purchase and experience.

Product Demonstrations & Training:

Lead engaging product demos and training sessions to help customers, business owners, and design teams fully understand and get the most out of their products.

Proactive Communication:

Keep customers informed at every stage-whether it's product availability, project updates, or resolving concerns quickly and effectively.

Market Insights:

Gather feedback from customers, conduct outreach, and stay aware of industry trends to help improve products and customer experiences.

Team Collaboration:

Partner with internal teams, including design and engineering, to ensure customer needs are at the center of product strategies and launches.

Product Knowledge:

Stay up to date on the latest product features and enhancements so you can confidently support and educate customers.

Professional Growth:

Participate in workshops and training opportunities to continue developing customer service and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Must currently live within commuting distance to Matthews, NC.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable presenting and training others in a clear, engaging way.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Strong marketing and promotion skills.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift a minimum of 20 lbs.
