Customer Service/Logistics Specialist

Hybrid opportunity!

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Customer Service/Logistics Specialist in West Palm Beach, FL. The candidate MUST have some Global Import/Export experience along with Ocean Freight experience. Also, Freight forwarding experience is another must have as well as having good communication skills, in general. Hiring asap, so apply right away if you have the experience!

Worksite Location: West Palm Beach, FL (Hybrid – ideally 3 days/week in office, flexible to 1)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $20–$25/hour (DOE)

Type: Temp-to-perm

Benefits: Health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, flexible schedule, company events

Responsibilities:

• Process orders, returns, and exchanges

• Provide customer support via phone and email

• Manage export documentation and stay current on regulations

• Handle ocean freight bookings and compliance (hazmat knowledge a plus)

• Coordinate with internal teams (sales, supply chain, regulatory)

• Maintain accurate records and confidential customer data

• Build strong customer relationships

• Assist with general tasks as needed

Requirements:

• Bilingual (Spanish/English)

• Associate degree or equivalent experience

• Familiarity with export processes and US customs filings

• Knowledge of international shipping and hazardous materials ()

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools (NetSuite a plus)

• Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
