Job Description
- Process orders, evaluate open orders and arrange shipments per customer’s instructions for both Domestic and International customers.
- Interact and coordinate with freight forwarders and Hensley logistics department to ship products to every corner of the world.
- Develop understanding international logistics requirements to prepare and maintain documents packages for overseas shipments.
- Manage all aspects of import and export shipments from start to finish.
- Prepare, analyze, and process documentation including Bills of Lading, Delivery Orders, Cargo Manifests, Packing Lists, Certificates of , Shipper Export Declarations
- Maintain and organize documentation files, material pricing, and inventory records
- Ensure all activities comply with international shipping laws and regulations.
- Audit and review freight forwarders and logistics invoices and documents for approval.
Requirements
- 4-year Bachelor’s Degree
- 3 -5 years of Import & Export / International Logistics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Power Point, Word)
- Experience with CRM software: Salesforce and SAP
- Knowledge of International Shipping documents
- Knowledge and experience in Customer Service
