Job Description
Do you enjoy the freedom of the open road and have a knack for conversation? Become a Customer Service Field Agent for the Office for Statistics (ONS) and put your people skills to work. You'll be the face of the ONS, traveling to different locations to conduct surveys and encouraging participation from a variety of people.\n\nRole Details\n\nLocation: York\nPay Rate: £12.55 per hour\nMileage Allowance: £0.45 per mile.\nMeal Allowance: £7.50 for every 5 hours worked, up to £15 for 10 hours\nDuration: Temporary contract until December 17, 2025\nHours: 22-30 hours per week (Monday to Friday, with occasional Saturdays)\nContract: Temporary, with weekly pay through Randstad.\n\nWhat You'll Need\n\nA valid UK driving license and your own car.\nThe ability to travel up to 40 miles for assignments.\nWillingness to get business car insurance and complete a DBS check.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to persuade people to participate in surveys.\nA self-disciplined and motivated attitude-you'll be working with minimal supervision.\nProficiency with a laptop and smartphone for data entry and planning.\n\nHow to Apply\n\nIf you're interested, please email or call the team on (phone number removed) to learn more.\n\nRandstad Business Support is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy
