Customer Operations & Order Processing Manager\n6 to 9 month Maternity Contract\nBracknell\nUp to £55,000\nA well established FMCG SME are ready for a new addition to their sales team. They are currently on a serious growth trajectory, with a very exciting 12 months ahead, full of NPD and new opportunities.\nWhat’s on offer?\n * 25 days holiday plus bank holidays\n * Parking\n * Private medical care\n * Working hours 9am to 5pm\n * Small and focused team\nWhat will you do as a Sales Order Operations Manager\n * Lead the Sales operations team to facilitate orders of customer accounts across UK and Europe\n * Manage retail relationships, their Logistical requirements coordinating the team to deliver\n * Plan workflow effectively based on forecast and demand with our 3PL partners across Europe\n * Run forecast and order analysis reports\n * Plan and track the shipments for customer and monitor delivery\n * First point of contact for escalations\nWhat will you need to be a Sales Order Operations Manager\n * Have managed a small team\n * Experience in Operations, Supply Chain or Logistics\n * Be able to commit to a minimum of 6 months\n * Happy to be based onsite 5 days a week\n * Spanish, French or German would be an advantage\n * Worked within Personal Care / FMCG\nJob Number 10493
