We’re looking for a hands-on, customer-focused professional to join our team as a Customer Care Operative. You’ll be the face of our aftercare service, ensuring every customer receives a high-quality resolution to any remedial works — with professionalism, efficiency, and a smile.
What you’ll be doing:

Organising and managing your own workload to deliver top-quality remedial works on time, in line with agreed SLA’s.

Carrying out all works to the highest standard, ensuring full compliance with our Customer Care procedures.
*
Keeping costs under control and following our sign-off and cost-recording processes, while spotting any opportunities for contra-charging.
*
Updating all job details via our Operative App, ensuring accurate defect tracking and root cause analysis.
*
Liaising with subcontractors when needed, inspecting reported defects, and keeping both customers and the office team fully informed.
*
Working safely and in line with our Health, Safety & Environmental policies, ensuring best practice at all times.
What we’re looking for:
*
Solid experience in homeowner maintenance, with skills in both painting and joinery.
*
Comfortable maintaining and using a range of tools and machinery.
*
Great communication and customer service skills — you know how to keep customers informed and reassured.
*
PASMA certificate (advantageous, but not essential).
*
First Aid qualification (advantageous).
*
Competent with Microsoft Office.
*
Current CSCS Card.
*
Full UK driving licence.
