Reporting to the Head of EMEA, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales of custom learning solutions and for the management of client relationships. This role will suit a business professional with proven success of solution selling and delivery, ideally in the eLearning sector. The role involves:

  • Consulting on client requirements: must have the ability to engage with diverse business problems, think creatively, and draw on learning and performance experience
  • Prospecting for new business opportunities through market research, identification of key decision-makers, attendance of networking events to expand the company’s network and raise the profile of Intuition
  • Selling solutions, pricing and closing deals with our full range of learning solutions
  • Delivering custom learning solutions to clients, ensuring the team is suitably resourced
  • Overseeing the continuous development, performance, and profitability of key accounts
  • Developing and implementing sales plans
  • Achieving portfolio revenue and profitability targets
  • Liaising with Intuition colleagues globally to maximise cross-sell opportunities
  • Travelling to client sites throughout the EMEA region, and globally, as required
  • Presenting solutions / case studies / insights at industry and marketing events
  • Developing compelling proposals and designing persuasive pitch decks that effectively showcase the company’s products to prospective clients

The successful candidate will:

  • Have proven experience in solution selling, with excellent negotiation skills
  • Be self-motivated with the ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
  • Have proven success in building cross-functional and external relationships
  • Have the ability to simultaneously manage and work on multiple fast paced projects
  • Possess excellent interpersonal skills, organisational skills and attention to detail
