Essential Functions: Facilities Operations Support

• Maintains cleanliness and order in Commercial buildings and common areas
  
• Provides friendly tenant support and handles light maintenance tasks
  
• Cleans guest facilities, fitness spaces, and high-touch surfaces; restocks supplies
  
• Operates floor equipment; sweeps/mops
  
• Removes trash, litter, and debris indoors and outdoors
  
• Reports minor repairs and restocking needs to management
  
• Assists with snow/ice removal and ensures safe walkways
  
• Follows safety protocols and completes tasks as assigned
