We are seeking a Curriculum Administrator to join our growing team. This position plays a critical role in supporting our Mechanical Project Engineering Team by designing, developing, and maintaining training materials tailored to our mechanical construction workforce.
The ideal candidate will have experience in curriculum development for technical or industrial environments and a strong understanding of safety principles and mechanical systems, particularly ductwork installation and air abatement systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the mechanical project engineering team to develop technical training content.
- Design and implement curriculum for mechanical construction workers, incorporating company-specific safety policies and industry best practices.
- Develop a range of training materials, including manuals, presentations, SOPs, and hands-on training modules.
- Ensure all curriculum aligns with regulatory requirements and internal safety standards.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend improvements based on feedback and performance metrics.
- Support onboarding and continuing education efforts for field staff and technicians.
- Maintain version control and documentation of all training materials.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in curriculum development, preferably in a construction, industrial, or technical environment.
- Strong understanding of mechanical construction processes, especially ductwork and air abatement systems.
- Familiarity with workplace safety standards (e.g., OSHA).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using instructional design tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with engineers and field personnel.
Qualifications:
- Experience working in a commercial or industrial mechanical company.
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and on-the-job training techniques.
- Prior experience creating safety training programs.
