CSA Supervisor

For one of key clients in Northern Sweden we are seeking several CSA Supervisors on long term contracts. 

CSA (Civil, Steel Structure & Architectural) Supervisors

We're hiring an experienced Construction Supervisors to oversee civil construction, steel structure erection, and architectural works on a major project. You'll manage civil construction in collaboration with the Client, who leads coordination with Civil Contractors. Reporting to the CSA Superintendent Leader, you'll work across multicultural teams to resolve construction and contractual issues.

Responsibilities

• Support the Client Construction team across quality control, progress, cost, risk, and reporting.
• Coordinate with CSA Supervisors and contractors to ensure civil works (earthworks, piling, steel structures, architectural activities) are delivered on time and per contract, design, and project requirements.
• Enforce compliance with Client policies, procedures, technical specifications, regulations, and legal requirements; ensure HSE standards are met.
• Manage technical documentation (management plans, certificates, manuals) and keep it available to all contractors.
• Maintain communication with contractors to resolve delays, quality issues, and scope changes.
• Identify risks early, propose corrective actions, and escalate to the Contract Manager and Project Management.
• Support scheduling, progress measurement, and planning of upcoming activities.
• Issue and sign formal communications related to construction execution.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 7 years in civil construction within Oil & Gas, EPC, Steel, Mining, or Infrastructure.
• Experience as Civil Construction Manager on major projects.
• Strong QA/QC, risk & mitigation, and commercial skills.
• Proficient in MS Office, Primavera, and/or Aconex.
