Position Summary

The CRM Analyst supports the delivery, configuration, and improvement of business solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. Working as part of the CRM and collaboration tools team, this role helps design, customize, and maintain applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, as well as assist with data integrations. The CRM Analyst collaborates with senior developers and business stakeholders to ensure systems meet business needs, improve processes, and provide reliable, user-friendly tools.


Duties And Responsibilities

  • Design, develop and implement variety of Power Platform and Dynamics 365 centric solutions.
  • Work with Stakeholders and Customers to understand the business needs to properly build out new apps and features. 
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in all aspects of Power Platform, including:
    • Collaboration.
    • Business Process Management. 
    • Document Management.
    • Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven).
    • Power Automate. 
  • Collaborate day-to-day with an energetic team of like-minded developers, product managers and others.
  • Participate in design, code and test review cycles.
  • Identify areas and processes where Microsoft 365, and Power Platform can be better leveraged and facilitate process improvement.
  • Quickly learn new technologies, platforms and deliver proof-of-concept solutions and/or prototypes.
  • Deliver virtual demos and training sessions of custom workflow solutions to clients upon request.


Qualifications

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, Power Apps (Canvas and Model Driven apps), Power Automate, Dynamics 365 Sales Hub, Dynamics 365 Customer Insight Journeys, & Project Operations.
  • Minimum 2 years of business systems development, analysis and support experience.
  • Must be a U.S. and based in the United States.

DESIRED:

  • Integration experience with Azure.
  • Minimum 1 year experience of SharePoint interactions with Dynamics 365.
  • Microsoft or other technical certifications (such as Dynamics 365 Sales Functional Consultant Associate, Dynamics 365 Marketing Functional Consultant Associate, and Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate)
  • JIRA experience 
  • Expert knowledge in Object Oriented Principles and Design Patterns
  • Expert knowledge in database design and development
  • Experience developing software using Agile/Scrum methodology

  • Candidate should be very much proactive and possess positive attitude. 
  • Should be highly self-motivated and strong team player.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and independent time management skills. 


Additional Information

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
