Overall, responsible for the Crewing and Vessel Operations. Supervise vessel in accordance with international regulations, local regulation/standard. Perform cost analysis, estimating expected costs for the vessel operation. Conduct risk assessment; provides recommendations for mitigations of risk. Handle questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the vessel management. Requirements: Degree and above At least 5 years of handling dredging and coastal engineering projects and ship management experience. Strong in development of statements of qualifications and proposals.
