Construction Crew Leader – Drive Excellence in Pool Construction

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Crew Leader to support the Foreman in overseeing daily crew operations for residential and commercial pool construction projects. As a Crew Leader, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a productive job site, mentoring crew members, and ensuring top-tier craftsmanship throughout every phase of the build.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a crew in constructing in-ground concrete swimming pools: layout, excavation, steel installation, plumbing, electrical coordination, and shotcrete/Gunite

• Assist the Foreman in executing all phases of construction per plans, specifications, and code requirements

• Act as the primary on-site contact, coordinating with the Foreman, Construction Manager, subcontractors, inspectors, and homeowners

• Maintain daily job logs, site photos, and project updates

• Enforce safety policies to ensure a secure work environment

• Train and mentor crew members to uphold high standards

• Troubleshoot issues and implement timely solutions

️ Requirements for the Pool Team Lead Role:

• 3+ years of pool construction experience, including 1+ year in a leadership role

• Strong knowledge of construction practices, safety protocols, and pool building phases

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus; English proficiency required

Compensation & Benefits:

• Pay: $20–$27/hour, based on experience
