Come grow with us! We are looking for (2-3) motivated Crew Leaders who want to take their career to the next level!

Our company is the leading provider of parking lot striping services throughout upstate NY and our record growth means opportunities for your professional advancement.

As Crew Leader you will have full responsibly for crew productivity, logistics to/from jobsites in a company vehicle, and be the lead equipment operator of our ride-on striping equipment. No daily paperwork, as everything you need is on a phone. Know someone who you work well with, bring them with you as a crew member!

Experience is NOT necessary, but the right attitude and willingness is. We provide full Paid Training, providing classroom, indoor hands-on, and On-the-Job training. We are looking for team players who have attention to detail and an ability to lead others. Painting, Commercial Driving, or Equipment Operator experience is desirable. Driver’s License is required.

This position is a Seasonal - Full-Time position with ample opportunity for overtime throughout the season, 40 hours guaranteed. Some of our employees have been with us for 10+ years. While scheduling is flexible, must be available nights, weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Highly Competitive Pay Package for those with complementary work experiences, $20 - $25 / hour.

Benefits: Generous retirement package after 6 months.
