Role Overview
Were hiring a Landscape Foreman / Crew Lead to manage daily operations on-site and ensure quality project execution. In this hands-on leadership role, youll guide your crew through various landscaping tasksmulching, planting, trimming, edgingand ensure safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a crew in executing landscape maintenance and installation projects
• Delegate and perform tasks such as planting, edging, mulching, trimming, and cleanup
• Operate and monitor use of landscaping equipment, tools, and trailers
• Train and mentor team members to support professional growth and team performance
• Ensure all work meets company quality standards and safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with customers and crew to meet expectations and deadlines
• Assist in seasonal services, including spring/fall cleanups and winter snow removal

What You Bring to the Table

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
• Previous landscaping experience (required), including equipment operation
• Experience hauling and maneuvering trailers
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience ()
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Detail-oriented and committed to quality work

Work Hours & Compensation

• Typical hours: 7:30 AM5:30 PM (seasonal variation applies)
• Pay: $20$25/hr (based on experience and performance)
• 1099 contractor role with potential W2 conversion in the future
• Annual bonuses + PTO based on tenure
