Job Description

As a Creative Design Engineer, you will create engineering drawings in AutoCAD and Solidworks to support new product designs and the manufacturing of Custom Display Fixtures. We are looking for a candidate who can blend a strong creative background with technical precision to transform abstract design concepts into high-quality, manufacturable products.

This is a great opportunity to learn and grow as part of an ambitious and energetic team. You will be involved in the entire lifecycle of product development—from initial creative brainstorming to final production.

Responsibilities

• Design & Documentation: Create and maintain detailed 3D engineering drawings, ensuring both manufacturability and design innovation
• Innovation Leadership: Drive product innovation by applying creative problem-solving to improve "form and function."
• Collaboration: Collaborate with Project Managers and Vendors on quality and technical compliance, providing constructive feedback during design reviews.

Qualifications

• Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD and Solidworks or 3D equivalent.
• Communication Skills: Proven ability to lead and communicate effectively with cross-functional team members.
• Industry Experience: Experience in wood or metal manufacturing is a plus.
