Quality Labor Management is currently seeking a motivated anddependable Crane Operator for a long-term project in Columbia, South Carolina.

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to operate a Crawler Lattice Boom Crane (100 ton) for bridge construction projects. The ideal candidate will have an NCCO Certificate and be ready to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a Crawler Lattice Boom Crane (100 ton) for bridge construction projects.
• Ensure safe and efficient crane operations.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of the crane.
• Collaborate with the construction team to complete projects on time.
• Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols.

Qualifications:

• NCCO Certificate required.
• Previous experience operating a Crawler Lattice Boom Crane.
• Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
• Ability to work in various weather conditions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Work Schedule:

• Typical work week is 45 hours.
• Time and a half pay after 40 hours.

Compensation:

• $27-$35 per hour, based on experience.
• Room at Motel Paid for Plus $15 per day for meals
