What You’ll Do:

• Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs on cranes and hoists
• Work independently while maintaining top safety standards
• Be part of an on-call rotation for after-hours service as needed
• Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams

What You Need:

• 5+ years of experience with crane and hoist maintenance
• Expertise with 480 VAC / 3 Phase systems and electrical troubleshooting
• A valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
• Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety
