Job DescriptionJob DescriptionJob descriptionWe are seeking an energized and highly motivated individuals to join our Sales & Reservations Team Working independently, the Sales Representative is the primary point of contact for existing and potential customers.
The ideal candidate should have knowledge in the crane/rigging/construction industries.
Also responsible for establishing, growing and maintaining customer relationships
- Serving customers by quoting rental rates and earning new business through sales, cross-selling, and overcoming objections.
- Providing support to customers with existing business - making changes to reservations, answering general questions, helping customers with concerns
Duties And ResponsibilitiesIdentify and confirm the customer’s needs and finds needs-based solutions by matching the available products or services.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction while demonstrating commitment to quality through positive and upbeat customer interactions.
- Makes regular visits to the job sites of existing customers.
- Visits offices/job sites of former and potential customers making sure they understand our Companies capabilities and products, and what we can perform in the market.
- Serving customers by quoting rental rates and earning new business through sales, cross-selling, and overcoming objections.
- Conduct site visits, and job planning meetings.
- Prepares quotations and assist with technical advice on crane types and lift solutions.
- Advise on crane lifting plans (3D lift planning)
- Primary Contact / Liaison between the customer and our company
- Performs other duties that may be assigned or required.
- Ability to prioritize including multi tasking on a daily basis
Experience:
- 2+ years’ prior experience in Sales
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of the construction / crane equipment
- Strong planning and problem solving and negotiation abilities
