Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Counter Sales Associate to join a local power equipment company. In this role, you will assist customers with selecting parts and equipment, provide knowledgeable support over the phone and in-person, and ensure accurate pulling of parts from inventory.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist walk-in and call-in customers

• Provide expert advice on power equipment and replacement parts

• Pull parts accurately and efficiently from stock

• Handle customer transactions and process sales

• Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area

• Support inventory control and restocking as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in counter sales or customer service

• Knowledge of power equipment or automotive parts is a strong plus

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
