Prominent law firm is seeking a Senior Litigation Attorney to join their thriving practice. Ideal candidate will have prior experience supervising junior associates and have 5+ years litigation experience in

one or more

of the following areas:

Professional Liability, Premises Liability, Construction, NY Labor Law, Medical Malpractice, Tort, Transportation, General Liability, Personal Injury, Products Liability, Civil Litigation, Employment.

Prior experience withNY Labor Law is .

You'll get the opportunity to work on a variety of interesting matters including some related to various venue liability litigation (recreational venues, arenas, amusement parks, etc.).

Option to work mostly remote! (1 DAY IN OFFICE A MONTH). Office is located within walking distance from Grand Central Station.

Responsibilities:

Supervise and mentor junior associates

Handle cases from inception to conclusion

Take and defend depositions

Court appearances

Draft motions, pleadings and respond to discovery

Qualifications:

JD

5+ years of litigation experience

Must be licensed to practice and in good standing in NY.

NJ, PA or CT bar admission a plus!

Base salary range 160k-180k (DOE) + Generous Bonuses & Full Benefits Package + Mostly Remote or Hybrid
