Our client, is seeking a UPW Cost Estimator for Mechanical projects. UPW construction experience is required.

Title: Cost Estimator for Mechanical Projects

Type: Full Time Direct Hire Exempt

Location: Taylor TX

Salary: 100K- 150K

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in cost estimation for UPW (Ultra pure water) projects
• Prior project management experience
• Experience supporting mechanical projects
• Experience with cost analysis
• Bachelors degree required

JOB DUTIES:

• Support mechanical projects through accurate cost analysis and effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and analyze construction project cost estimates
• Apply advanced knowledge of engineering and construction management for projects
• Responsible for project budgeting
• Risk analysis of projects
• Responsible for subcontractor evaluations
• Provide strategic cost recommendations for projects
