This will require someone with exposure to cost control to provide administrative assistance and coordination for estimating, reporting and invoicing needs.\n\nRole responsibilities:\n\n * Administration and maintenance support for projects from proposal to closeout; setup, reporting and invoicing\n\n * Administration and maintenance of Cost Control systems EPR and MDM etc\n\n * Preparing price sheets and estimating support\n\n * Assisting with the analysis of project costs and revenue, preparing financial reports, and conducting reconciliations\n\n * Helping to forecast project revenue, costs, and cash flow\n\n * Supporting project managers in managing project budgets and adherence to financial plans.\n\n * Providing administrative support, assisting with project closeout reports, and helping with the preparation of project reviews\n\n * Support invoicing and billing\n\nMain duties:\n\nPrice sheets:\n\n * Creation of price sheets for proposals\n\n * Analysis of the price sheets\n\n * Input into estimations\n\nCost Control\n\n * Preparation of invoices and supporting documentation\n\n * Preparation of cost reports for small projects/studies including forecast and cash flow analysis\n\n * Preparation and input in PMRs\n\n * Prepare reporting KPIs\n\nCost Control / Administrative support:\n\n * Maintaining and updating Cost Control outputs including reports, registers and system data\n\n * Maintaining EPR / MDM and other cost / project control systems\n\n * Preparation of Cost Control KPI data\n\n * Assist in preparation of weekly and monthly internal and external reporting for larger projects\n\n * Assist in invoicing for projects\n\n * Other duties requiring a similar level of skill and responsibility when required\n\nTypical background and experience required:\n\nMust have:\n\n * Good Microsoft Office skills\n\n * Good written and verbal communication skills\n\n * Basic understanding of project dynamics and lifecycle\n\n * Good team working skills\n\n * Basic understanding of all elements of Cost & project Controls.\n\n * Ability to work to fixed deadlines\n\n * Self-motivated, with good analytical skills and ability to work under own initiative on day-to-day activities\n\n * Able to demonstrate a basic understanding of scheduling, planning, reporting and cost principals and their application to projects.\n\nIt is essential that applicants must have the right to work in the UK\n\nAs an equal opportunity employer Technip Energies considers only qualified applicants without regard to , , , ethnicity, , expression, , , veteran or marital status
