Corporate Planning Assistant General Manager Summary:
This leadership role supports financial planning, risk management, reporting, and strategic decision-making to improve operational efficiency. The AGM plays a key role in shaping business strategy and overseeing core financial operations.

Corporate Planning Assistant General Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Industry: Automotive Manufacturing (Manufacturing experience required
• Salary: $100k - $115k
• Benefits: Full Benefits/Paid Time Off & Holidays
• Review and approve payroll
• Oversee general accounting functions (AP, AR, GL, taxes)
• Support quarterly/year-end audits and corporate financial controls
• Recommend process improvements
• Prepare and analyze financial statements
• Lead ad hoc financial analysis and projects
• Supervise general ledger accounting
• Develop and manage team performance and training
• Collaborate with external auditors for accurate year-end reporting

Corporate Planning Assistant General Manager Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA )
• 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, including supervisory roles
• Strong leadership and performance management skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with financial systems
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP
• Excellent communication across all organizational levels
• Manufacturing experience is required
