communicator, project management background , knowledge of FRACUS methodology , not required. The ideal candidate should have experience in a hands-on Maintenance position with extensive CMMS software experience. Job Summary

The Corporate Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing, coordinating, and overseeing maintenance schedules and work orders to ensure the efficient operation of our facilities and equipment. This role requires strong organizational skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed maintenance plans and schedules for equipment, machinery, and facilities.

  • Coordinate with maintenance technicians, supervisors, and vendors to ensure timely execution of maintenance tasks.

  • Create and manage work orders using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).

  • Analyze maintenance data to identify trends, improve processes, and reduce equipment downtime.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, costs, and inventory of spare parts.

  • Collaborate with procurement to source materials and services for maintenance projects.

  • Provide regular reports on maintenance performance and recommend improvements.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 25+ pounds and perform site inspections, including climbing ladders and navigating confined spaces.

  • Comfortable working in an office and industrial environment.
