Corporate Lawyer - Infrastructure Fund (Interim)
Job Description
Leading infrastructure fund is looking for a junior-mid level corporate lawyer to join their busy legal team on an initial 6 month contract basis from mid-October.
Competitive day rate (inside IR35), central London location, potential to extend.
You will be responsible for managing transaction related documentation, NDAs, engagement letters, providing support on deals, coordinating key stakeholders along with being a point of contact for queries and external counsel.
This role is suited to a qualified lawyer, c1-5 years PQE as a guide with training and experience gained in a corporate practice of a highly regarded firm.
This is a great role for someone looking to make the transition from private practice to in-house whilst maintaining a hands-on, deal focused position.
