Corporate Human Resources Executive

Support in administering and updating staff welfare and benefits to the Corporate HR Manager. Implement and maintain company policies and practices effectively by collaborating with the Corporate HR Manager. Support Corporate HR Manager by overseeing HR compliance matters, recruitment and onboarding process. Source candidates effectively by utilizing various channels such as job boards, referrals, social media an recruitment agencies effectively. Ensure thorough screening and shortlisting of candidates. Effectively organize and conduct interviews. Perform background checks on candidates to verify their work history, credentials and references for suitability and accuracy. Ensure that job offers are prepared and presented to selected candidates. Ensure that details, quotations, and arrangements are coordinated for staff training. Provide attendance and evaluation records for staff training. Assist in managing employee benefit programs including Group Insurance ( Group- Term-Life, Group Personal Accident and Group Hospitalization & Surgical). Provide timely updates on staff movements regarding assitions and deletions with the insurance company. Make arrangements for courier services. Assist in HR-related ad hoc activities or report preparation as requested by management. Requirements A Diploma or Bachelor's degree holder in Human Resources related discipline or a certificate in HRM. Demonstrated track record in related field with at least 3 years of experience. Preferably with Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin. Capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
